The apartment is located in the elegant Rione Prati, built mainly between the 19th and early 20th centuries. There is so much to do and see right on your doorstep! The Vatican is our neighbor, we are only a few steps from the entrance to the Vatican Museums on one side and from St. Peter's Square with the Basilica on the other, along the way you can stop by to visit the beautiful area of the Borgo with the its ancient cobbled streets. Castel Sant'Angelo is just a few minutes walk away and the exclusive Piazza Navona area starts just on the other side of one of the most beautiful bridges in the world.

For shopping lovers, Via Ottaviano and the nearby Via Cola di Rienzo are the best streets in Rome, full of fashionable shops that can be explored entirely on foot... not to be missed!

The best way to get around, given the location, is on foot or by metro/bus/tram. For those coming by car, there are paid blue lines in the area (free in the evenings and on holidays), but also numerous paid car parks. Despite being a central area we are outside any restricted traffic zone, so you can always move around freely.

The 100 m2 apartment, recently renovated with quality materials and furnishings, offers two bedrooms with king size beds and a third bedroom, with a desk and two single beds and 2 separate bathrooms with shower. High quality mattresses and pillows, Daikin air conditioning in every room, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave oven, and new kitchen

Around the apartment in a few meters you will find everything you need for your holiday. Right under the house there is a food supermarket, so shopping is not a problem if you cook at home, but if you want to eat out, nearby there are a large number of pizzerias, bars, pubs, ice cream parlors and restaurants of all kinds.

Thanks to the proximity to the Ottaviano Metro Station, many of Rome's iconic places can be easily reached in 15 minutes with the Metro line A of the Metro: Piazza del Popolo, Via del Corso, Piazza di Spagna, Trevi Fountain, Via Veneto, the new magnificent Rinascente department store, the Roman Archaeological Museum, Via Nazionale, the Opera, Santa Maria Maggiore and San Giovanni. By changing at Termini on line B you can reach the pretty Monti district, the Colosseum with the archaeological area of the Imperial Forums and the Circus Maximus. The stops of several bus and tram lines are just a few steps away, bus number 23 takes you to Trastevere and bus number 32 to the main entrance of the Olympic stadium.
